As a engineer with one of the major companies in the region I am very detailed oriented, cost driven and quality focused, I have historically struggled with various agents who main goal is to just get a sale. I see limited value in them. Hailey has changed that for me.  Hailey brought some very key attributes that would make her standout in any industry, and extremely valuable in the Kitimat real-estate market Undevout loyalty- regardless of my requests for extensions, or repairs of what the seller would consider minor. Hailey would be 100% supportive and take all the necessary actions to make it happen/update the contract.  Immediate response- Hailey never left a message un responded to for more than an hour. She has one of the most consistent and responsive individuals I have interacted with in Kitimat.  Kindness- almost to her fault Hailey will put her clients well above her needs, doing everything within her power to make them happy (even if outside the normal expectations of a agent)  Patience- As my situation required me to interact with my partner who has not able to view the home in person and in a different time zone, some decisions did require more time. Hailey was never pushy, and allowed the decisions to be made in our time. I realize other agents in the region may be more visible, or have a larger historical track record, but Hailey I see was a rare find who made the home buying experience in Kitimat substantially easier -S.R

My partner and I recently bought a house; Hailey was fantastic to work with! She went above and beyond. She arranged 24 homes of our choice in 2 days (due to our extremely limited schedule). My partner had her list, and together Hailey helped my better half narrow down the search and found what suited us and our future needs!
